Shimano RD -RX810 is the simplest mechanical rear switch in the GRX transmission line intended for gravel bicycles. Compatible with a 2x11 transmission and a maximum star of cassette 34t. Works as accurately and almost silently as high-road switches, but not only in ideal roads, but also on roads under any load. This was made possible by the use of technologies, such as Shadow+, borrowed from mountain bicycle transmission. The flat profile of the parallelogram of the switch does not protrude beyond the plane of the frame, preventing its damage. There is also a switch that enhances the resistance of the spring paw, reducing the risk of dropping of the chain due to excessive rocking. The RX810 model has the most accurate switching and the most powerful spring mechanism in the line.
