Fusion fins are ideal for both pool and open water training as they are made of soft floating rubber that won't sink in either salt or fresh water. With its long hydrodynamic blade, Fusion fins add propulsive power to the stroke. The resistance of the body is reduced, as buoyancy from the fins lifts the legs to the surface (the position of the body in the water is higher).
